At Beckworth Retreat in Clunes, Victoria our accommodation options include two x 2 bedroom self contained units. We also have two separate double rooms available within the main house. A Guest Kitchen has a large dining table and everything in the cooking area and pantry you need to cook your meals.
Beckworth Retreat is the ideal place to stay for singles, couples, families or groups and your pets are also welcome to join in on your travels.

There is an extensive garden area (enclosed for your furry friends) and large verandah areas where you can always find a spot to sit in the sun (or the shade depending on the season).

Walkers can access Mt Beckworth Scenic Reserve via our farm tracks.

Local wineries are great to visit (2 just 5km away).

BBQ facilities are available but we do recommend many of the local restaurants/cafes/hotels for lunches and dinner.

At the right time of year cooking marshmallows at the fire pit or gazing at the stars is a great way to spend an evening.

Tea/Coffee and other pentry essentials are provided (Breakfast Essentials can be provided on request).

Madden-Branigan unit
2 Bedroom - Sleeps 5 adults or 2 adults/5 children
Our Madden-Branigan unit also contains two spacious bedrooms. The first featuring a King bed, with the second bedroom offering a King single, 2 x Singles and trundle/s if required. Pets are welcome.
The kitchenette provides a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and basic kitchen essentials (tea/coffee/sugar).
There is a TV & DVD with a small library selection of movies.
The large bathroom has been designed with a Universal Access shower and toilet.

Griffiths & Fenner Double Rooms - sleep 2 adults in each
Our Griffiths and Fenner rooms are located within the main house.
The Griffiths room features a Queen bed and the Fenner room offers a King (or splits to 2 x Singles) bed. If required we can also supply a bassinet or pet bed/crate for each room.
The bathroom has recently been upgraded with new shower.
Linen, towels and basic toiletries are supplied as well as ample wardrobe and drawer space.
With both rooms you also have access to BBQ facilities, Firepit and the verandah area.

A little bit of history....
House Rules
We have named each of the 6 rooms available for guests after each of the six generations of Branigan women who have owned the land with their husbands and whose surnames would otherwise be lost to the farm.

Pets must be confined to the large garden area unless on lead (and also non-wormed dogs must be kept out of sheep paddocks)

Pets can sleep inside but not on bed/furniture

All gates must be left as they are found

Children under 12 must be under parental control at all times
Our self-contained Dunn-Robins unit offers two large bedrooms. One room features a King bed (or 2 singles if required) and the second bedroom has two single beds (plus rollouts). The bungalow also contains a kitchenette, large bathroom and sleeps 4-6. Pets are welcome.
