Each box contains fresh, grass-fed Australian White Lamb portions, carefully vacuum-sealed and labeled for your convenience—perfect for your BBQ, fridge, or freezer.

You can select your Half Box or Full Box from various sizes and cut options.
Pricing is based on carcass weight (Small 18-20kg, Medium 20-22kg, or Large 22-24kg), with approximately 70% of the total weight included in the box. The final yield depends on your selected cuts, as bones and excess can be removed before packing.

No upfront payment is required—you can pay with EFTPOS upon delivery (around the 3rd weekend every month).

Due to rising processing costs following the changes of abattoirs serving small businesses, we have had to adjust our prices.
